Neo-Benshi is an artform where performers comment on, verbally score, ventriloquize or otherwise subvert films before a live audience. Kearney and his wife, Nicole McJamerson have collaborated on two of these projects (Indiana Jones and the Temple of Doom and Fantasia). The Los Angeles Times did an article featuring Kearney + McJamerson as well as curators/Neo-Benshis Jen Hofer and Konrad Steiner.
